Added the ability to provide parameters on the CLI, added documentation, and cleaned code

Allowed for script to be executed 100% interactively, or with values assigned on the CLI
Moved all parameter definition and validation to Param() block
Fixed comment-based-help by moving disclaimer to NOTES block in comment based help
Obfuscated output from Read-Host for password
Added examples and parameters to comment based help
