OpenApi spec for `/cloudapi` #25

Hello!

Can you add openapi spec do /cloudapi API of vcloud? At leas 33-35.2 versions.

Now you have only old version (as i think from 9.1) - https://github.com/vmware/vcd-api-schemas/blob/master/schemas/openapi/src/main/resources/schemas/vcloud-openapi-schemas.yaml

Hi. We are working on publishing new schemas in the coming few weeks. We will have an update soon.
