Bind Lightwave to other ports rather than 443 #4079

User Statement:

In order to run Lightwave and Harbor in single VM, Lightwave cannot use 443 which is used by Harbor.

Details: Lightwave team said there is way to modify the bind port. We do need this feature. But I've tried to build container based on their source code but failed. So we also need support from Lightwave team.

Acceptance Criteria: Build the Lightwave Container image binding other ports other than 443. Run the container, and all functionality including UI should work.
