Lightwave in VIC OVA integration tests #4108

User Statement: Lightwave should be installed and configured in the VIC ova. Use OVA configuration environment to include Lightwave as a container. This issue tracks the implementation of an integration test for Lightwave in the VIC OVA.

Details: Implement integration test for Lightwave on the VIC OVA environment. This will fit into the overall integration testing environment for the VIC OVA

Acceptance criteria: The integration test should cover basic Lightwave operations through the REST API.
