User Stories

As a VIC Admin, I should be able to prevent containers based on vulnerable images from running in production environments

Acceptance Criteria

A set of sized user-stories to accomplish the goals of this epic

@kreamyx the epic is for the whole effort to complete the issues called out in the PRD. Each issue should get points assigned and those will aggregate. The first issue in the Epic is to decompose the PRD into issues which then get fed into the Epic. Does that make sense?
