Move existing code onto updated logging calls

Story As a VIC engineer providing support I would like to be able to extract operational flow and distinguish concurrent operations

Detail Current logs do not contain an operation ID or any means of untangling log entries relating to a specific operation from other concurrent entries. This can make it very hard to distinguish what's occurring from logs and impacts speed of diagnostics for issues.

Acceptance

• [ ] able to use a single operation ID to follow Docker API operation from ingress into the personality through to portlayer and back.
• [ ] portlayer log should provide mapping from VCH opid to vSphere opid so that hostd operations can be tied back to VCH operation
• [ ] test performing many concurrent operations & script to split logs into the separate operational flows
