This includes all the effort around monitoring drone CI and its test infrastructure.

This Epic would include things like:

Notify the team if the drone master is unavailable.
Notify the team if a drone worker's disk is nearly full.
Notify the team if dependencies on a drone worker or the drone master are out of date.
