User Statement: Goal is to add the 6.7 vSphere to NSX nightlies to ensure support for the latest vSphere GA

Details: 6.5 is the vsphere version that is currently being used for the NSXv nightly tests. We need the NSXv testbed running vSphere 6.7 as well.

Acceptance Criteria: Nightlies running the vSphere 6.7 NSX tests.

We are testing against vSphere 6.7, but not in a NSX-v environment.
