Given that nsx-t is supported on VIC. It is deserved to investigate how we can support VIC in VMC. The expect output of this story is coming up a document to list all the steps or technical lacking point.

Connecting to Andrew to get VMC env. I am still waiting for the VMC account. But Andrew's env does not include NSXT, I think we should borrow another env.
