Update jars, sources, samples, readme, pom.xml, osl and license file for 8.0U3 release #220

Changes:

  1. Updating the vapi jars, javadoc and sources.
  2. Updating README.md, LICENSE, open_source_license and pom.xml
  3. Updating the samples
  4. Updating VSAN jars and samples

Testing Done: Installed the forked repo and ran the sample.
