This pull request contains the following changes:

Finalizes the micro and small configurations
Sets the default number of appInstances to 1
Adds a check for a valid configurationSize
removes the custom configurationSize
makes micro the default configurationSize
Removes the no longer needed autoSetup.pl
Removes findMax as a runStrategy (this was an alias for findMaxMultiRun)
