Changelog:

• Updated User's Guide tables 1 and 2 with the new resource values from fixedConfigSizes.xlsx
• Converted User's Guide tables 1 and 2 from html to markdown
  • The main benefit of html was it allowed cells to span columns. This made the 'micro' and 'small' titles display nicely. However, it was difficult to export from excel to html and make it look good. The html also cluttered up the markdown file. Exporting from excel to markdown is easier, less error prone, and we can still center the 'micro' and 'small' despite not spanning columns so I think it's a small sacrifice to make.
• For excel table "SUT required free CPU/memory", added disk column for all config sizes
• For excel table "SUT required free CPU/memory", converted memory to GiB for all config sizes
• Added sheets table1, table2 which are easily convertable to markdown
• Added readme in fixedConfigSizes.xlsx for converting sheets table1, table2 to markdown

Still wanting to add a table3 for driver resource usage with multiple application instances, but I thought I would get this in now.
