Documentation - Add additional pre-requisite #180

I tried running the buildDockerImages script on a fresh Ubuntu install and was missing the Term/ReadKey.pm module. This was easily resolved by running cpan Term::ReadKey and may be worth including in the documentation under prerequisites.
