Fix Driver hangs #208

This pull request has the following changes:

Fixes hangs due to race conditions introduced when parallelizing operations in the workload driver
Better log capture for errors occurring when starting data services or loading data
Adds an option for nodeport and nodeport-internal to only send web traffic to nodes on which a we server is running (nodeportTargetWeb parameter).
Removed some logs files that get created with no or non-useful content
