[BUG] What is the permissions correct? #133

Describe the bug On Wiki, Tutorial and Personal access token permissions have different permissions. Which one is correct?

To Reproduce Check the previous wiki page.

Expected behavior If Tutorial is correct, replace the following screenshots in Personal access token permissions. Or If we don't need it, remove it.
