Cobertura, JavaNCSS...

- Use SNAPSHOT version of the Cobertura Maven Plugin (MCOBERTURA-189)
- Use new JavaNCSS version (JAVANCSS-49)
- Avoid warnings when using RAT plugin (RAT-158)
