Add a TeiWriter and make round-trip working.

This issue was updated by revision r3342.

- Add TeiWriter
- TeiReader - Read "mw" tags as tokens
- TeiReader - Read "pos" attributes of "me" tags
- TeiReader - Read paragraph tags
- TeiReader - Read only the first "title" tag in the header
- Update tests accordingly
