externalIDs for Sentences (maybe tokens) #609

More and more, I am running into situations where one would like to read a 
corpus that contains IDs in particular for Sentences (maybe Tokens) and where 
these IDs should be replicated verbatim when writing the results.

I think we should add a feature called "externalId" to Sentences (maybe Tokens) 
and store such IDs in reader components where available.
