Merge current/old DBs to get a complete keg history #7

There are several DBs that contain historical keg.io data. These should be merged into the current copy of the DB, in order to get a complete history for keg.io. The DB copies in question are:

The current keg.io DB
The various DB backups on minibox
The copy on dcarney's laptop, from the "pre-minibox" period.

All DBs have been combined into the current minibox DB.
