add support to highwayhash #14

Thank you for pointing this out. The most interesting thing on this project page is a reference to an article with some crypto-analysis of highwayhash. I think mum-hash is strong as highwayhash may be even stronger but I have no time to do analogous crypto-analysis.

I'll add highwayhash (and its benchmarking results) when I'll do another version of mum-hash. Currently I can not do this as I have no access to some machines I use for hash function bechmarking.
