The app does not check for same person with name of uppercase and lowercase, in a way making it duplicated persons.

names are case-sensitive

Names are case-sensitive, so i can have duplicate contacts with the same name and exact same details but different casing.

This is an issue, but not important to the current implementation. Case sensitivity can be fixed in future iterations.
