[ ] Adjust contrast to see white squares on LCD (1.3.3 in lab manual)
[ ] Connect data lines; write display_on, display_off, and clear_display(see section 1.3.6 in lab manual)
[ ] Write text_to_display - test with one line of text
[ ] Write text_to_display - test with two lines of text
[ ] Write text_to_display - test with scrolling text
