Configuration is a great suggestion, thanks. I’ll work on this.

The easiest way to fix it is just to apply the current theme font color to the notepad. So no configuration required. And by the way people don't bothered with additional configuration. Just use those colors:

Hi,
I can't find any options to change the text color of the editor window. Since it's black by default, it's hard to see in dark mode on a dark gray background.
My suggestion is it should detect the active theme and adjust the text color accordingly, or there should be some kind of configuration interface where a user can change that manually.
Installed version: 2.0 Visual Studio 2019
