Systems not supporting TLS 1.2 should be autodetected #16

Since https://github.com/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/commit/e8634fb92e2f624f19ee5fced6481d8ece503119 was only fixed recently (October 2016), broken system will probably still be around some months. We now have a workaround, but the user needs to be aware to toggle the Disable-TLS setting.

For this we need to detect if the ffmpeg used in Kodi does work with TLS 1.2 and otherwise warn the user and disable TLS automatically.
