Add to favorites #19

Please add a way to add talks to favourites or some sort of bookmarks in order to easily replay certain talks that are otherwise buried deep in the current menu structure.

"Add to favourites" is a default context menu entry in Kodi (since at least Jarvis v16.1, I don't have older versions to check here)
