Using this config: https://github.com/voc/cm/blob/feature/voctomix-2.0/bundlewrap/data/voctocore/files/encoder96.ini If you need the full generated config, check out the cm branch feature/voctomix-2.0 and run bw items -f encoder96 file:/opt/voctomix2/voctocore-config.ini

FTR: This also occurs in the 4:3 crop, not sure if that's the same code path though
