[RULE] Google地址跳转时，仅在页面被重置时才执行 #20

我之前也开发过类似的扩展，不过使用了你这个扩展后，我��
�得关闭之前的项目。
但我需要这样一个功能，Google的网址安全检查还是有一定作��
�的，希望添加规则时可以选择只在页面发生错误时才执行。

俺项目的地址：https://github.com/greatghoul/direct-link.crx

里面对 Google图片搜索的网址也进行了跳转，希望也能加入到 
redirector中来。

同时，希望能够参与到这个项目中来。

首先很欢迎你对这个项目感兴趣。目前我正在对这个扩展进��
�重写，主要是适应新的declarativeWebRequest接口及简化用户界面�
��关的代码，完成之后我会通知你的。

这个扩展现在并不监听chrome.webRequest.onErrorOccurred，所以需要��
�加相应的规则类型来实现。不过这都是以后的事了，此功能�
��会添加到2.2版。
