[Defect] Substitution - Response Header - Ignore case : not accessible #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to choose "Ignore Case" with Substitution -> Response Header.

Redirector 2.2.22.5
Chrome 26.0.1410.64 m
Windows 7

I use Redirector to delete Content-Disposition Header in Response Header, to 
open any PDF in the Browser instead of saving to HDD. 
Usualy the Header is Content-Disposition, but in few cases its all lowercase 
(content-disposition).
