[ ] add 'columns' kwargs to simple-seq that accepts list, dict
[ ] 'sep' arg (e.g. for tab-separated text)
[ ] test that these can be used on various formats, e.g. the current simple-csv bat .txt dataset, a DAS dataset, an AVA dataset, etc.
