Fix links in quickstart.md #32

Links are giving 404's in docs/general/quickstart.md, so this PR fixes that linking them to the appropriate project pages.

Hey @rocket357, thank you for reporting this, normally the docs are served from the /docs folder, so there shouldn't be the docs prefix. And as you can see, there are no changes required, it's working: in the official deployed docs. Let me know if you have further thoughts, otherwise we can close that pr.

Ahh, interesting. I was looking at it just from github. Fair enough =)
