Description

In this new review I have made the frontend responsive, but now with SCSS.

Things to do:

[x] Make guide responsive
[x] Nav animation (maybe)
[x] Carousel for SelectionScreen
[x] Logout button not working in MobileTopNav

Motivation and Context

Width this PR the frontend can be used on mobile devices properly.

- Can we improve the color which is used for all of these texts so that they also work for the dark theme? 2.
- Can we make the hovered element in a slightly lighter color than the active one?
- How about making the menu items round and a bit spacing between each items
Cannot scroll on register/login - not able to press the signup button, because it is out of view
Can you please fix the linter
