Bootstrap UI #84

We can gradually start using more bootstrap components to improve the UI. Here's how I can make the conversation page look by using bootstrap navbar, form, badges, and list groups:

Let me know what you guys think. We can add colors as we like of course, this was just me playing around to see how easy it would be to switch to bootstrap. I did see that the main.css file has some conflicts, but the bootstrap classes are always better, so I ended up cleaning out quite a lot of our main.css file.
