Set up the new Vocdoni blog on Paragraph.xyz

• [x] Create a new blog home for Vocdoni on Paragraph.xyz
• [x] Set up the Visual Design on the new blog
• [x] Configure blog.vocdoni.io to point to paragraph.xyz/@vocdoni
• [x] Delete the current Vocdoni blog on mirror.xyz
• [x] Create and replace the cover images of all posts

For many reasons, I chose Paragraph over Mirror to serve as our blog software.

The blog is already created: paragraph.xyz/vodoni and I already moved the posts that we considered more relevant.

Next -> 1) Replace the cover images of all posts, 2) Do a second review of every post.

I'm also waiting since 9 days ago, for admins at mirror.xyz to delete our old mirror blog.
