Upgrade the onvote faucet to be the same as app.vocdoni.io #169

Unify the 2 faucets to show the same info (texts) and use the same faucet:

app.vocdoni.io/faucet
onvote.app/faucet

After discussing it, we decided to have a faucet for each product (vocdoniapp/onvote) as they satisfy different uses-cases, but we solved the faucet OAUTH problems in Google/Facebook/Github and checked that the texts are correct in each case.
