[ UI-Scaffold ] - Expand Census3 Features: Add/Filter Tokens with only specific tag in the UI #90

In the "UI-scaffold" we should add a "add token" flow, with a external flow asking for "Token address", "Chain Id", "Type" & "Tags" (+ email).

In the UI, we should filter the tags and show only the needed.

1: Add new Tokens

[ ] Create the form
[ ] Add the link to the new form

2:

[ ] Create the Token List (with tags)
[ ] Filter by "Tag" (Census3)
[ ] Add the network type and the user can switch between different networks (/info).
[ ] If the token don't exist -> be able to open the form
