Be able to create a DAO with the gasless plugin installed.

[ ] All the UI/UX flows and layouts are the same than the design
[ ] Check the text and translations
[ ] Be able to create the DAO according to the proposed flow and pages
[ ] Be able to edit the DAO settings
[ ] The DAO is created and can be found in the explorer page
[ ] All the events are submitted on the subgraph
[ ] Make tests with different configurations
