Everything's done from this list, but I'd wait until some of these components are fully used and customized in the scaffold project.

@jpaulet should I publish v1.0.0 before adding anything related to spreadsheet based censuses?

edit: actually, I'm not really sure we should publish it as 1.0.0, since this package is based on the SDK and that one is still in beta (below version 1.0)

We can close this, and resume it on September, with the launch at the same moment of UI-Components + SDK v1.0.
