Anonymous flow changes

All the required changes for a proper anonymous voting flow +:

• upgrade SDK to 0.6.0 (and make required changes)
• convert aliases in chakra template to use tilde ~ instead of at @
• use "empty" methods in state, to ensure the template is used to clear states
• ConfirmModal now does not include most of the contents in prompt, and you're responsible of most of the contents (including the footer buttons)
