Vote button is enabled for a finished anonymous election #151

You have to be in the census, and have signed the SIK message, but should not have any vote cast. People with votes cast don't see the vote button, is only for people in the census that didn't vote, and after accessing a finished process:

This is an anonymous process, but I'm not sure that's actually affecting... I think this will happen for non anonymous processes too.

This not happen on a wallet based census, anonymous election, without cast a vote. Actually, no sign button is shown :S Maybe because the census is only one wallet? I cannot reproduce it for census with more than one wallet

It may be related to Archived processes, since I currently can see it in some that are archived, like this one: https://onvote.app/processes/0x6b342d99f21838d2bc91b89928f78cbab3e4b1949e28787ec7a302020000000e
