Changing sessions during a voting leads to a buggy questions form state

Steps to reproduce:

• Access a multi-choice or approval voting (i.e. https://app-dev.vocdoni.io/processes/0x6be21a5a9dc0331551b19287972ac1a086d3ed47d633e70a404c02080000000d)
• Access with one of the census users, select ALL options, and vote
• Logout from such account
• Init session with a different voter account
• Select a single option and try to vote, the confirmation page will show all the options but the one you selected (see attached image).

This may be due to the clean-up of the form... which could be cleaning it visually, but the state is probably maintained from the previous voting, causing this behavior after selecting all options.

Note these changes should also be applied to voting-page.
