Implement saas org provider

It implements a provider that get and mixes the information of an organization from

• Saas server
• Vochain through the SDK

In addition it implements the update Account to modify the corresponding data on each place:

• Using the SDK it updates 'name' | 'description' | 'logo' | 'header'
• And using the SaaS all the other things

Additional changes

• It updates the ErrorComponent to support Error | string as argument
• It updates the FormSubmitMessage to be hide when isLoading
