Update explorer links #9

As soon as https://github.com/vocdoni/explorer/pull/81 is ready to merge, ensure we update here all the links to the explorer pointing them to the new locations. See https://github.com/vocdoni/ui-scaffold/issues/740 for a full list of routes that may require migration.
