Its a feature that can be added, but I'm not sure I understand the purpose of it? Can you explain further?

Well let's say I use WordPress as a recipe site. Posts are not my primary concern, so I'd like my new custom post type Recipe to be on top. That's it frankly. But I can imagine that you don't want to add too many options to the plugin.
I don't know admin menu management fits under the scope of cms-press. I imagine now that custom post_types are built into core the and that each one will add to the menu, that eventually core will start allowing sorting of these menus and storing their positions like meta boxes are now.
Note sure if this is possible, but I'd like to be able to change the order of admin menu's. Or at least have a setting in add and edit post type to select a hierarchy.
