Invalid headers msg when activating #2

Hi. I get an invalid header message when activating on 3.0 bleeding.

"The plugin does not have a valid header."

Same result with 2.9.1

John, do you have the files directly in the (ie, wp-content/plugins/cms-press.php) directory, or are they within the cms-press folder (ie, wp-content/plugins/cms-press/cms-press.php). It should be the latter. All the files of the plugin should sit within a cms-press folder in the plugins directory.
