404 error #37

On a fresh wp 2.9.2 install

I download and activate CMS Plugin 0.12
I create a new content type with this data: Content Type (required): news Laber: news Label Plural: news Content Type Identifier:news

All the rest is unchanged. I have two issues:

I create a new News type post but when I try to view the post I alway receive a 404 error
When I Edit the News that I just created, the publish box on the right disappear
