Buld edit taxonomy for custom post type #9

It's very easy to add tags to a selection of posts in Bulk edit. This would make a nice feature for custom post types. For example:

post_type is product
taxonomy is brand
add term "Salomon" to brand for selected products

Due to the complexity of it, I left out all support for inline edit features for WP 2.9. I'm going to leave this open for now while I look into how custom taxonomies will integrate into the bulk-edit in 3.0
