Use "-d" when passing PHP arguments #18

Previously, PHP arguments were supplied to the PHP binary with the invalid flag "-D". This PR fixes that behaviour.

Can this be merged in please? We require it for integration into our build pipeline, and would like to avoid forking if at all possible.
