Should probably remove https://github.com/voceconnect/lift-search/blob/master/admin/admin.php#L25 since non-admins can't do anything about it anyway.

Or have it check for proper user caps before displaying the message.

@chrisscott Sorry, I should have looked at the surrounding code, if even briefly, and have figured that out on my own.
