deprecated version of the API. #83

Hi,

When we upgraded the plugin we received the following message:

"Your search domain is using a deprecated version of the API. Please consider updating to the new version by following these instructions."

How can this be resolved?

@Mr-Alexander for now I'd recommend going back to the previous version of the plugin (1.9.10). We accidentally pushed out the version you're running which contains some code updating the search domain API version.

The warning message you received was to notify you that your search domain is running on the 2011-x API version, and needs to be updated to the 2013-x version. When we re-release the next version of Lift, this upgrade path will be more clear.
