Zsh completion #15

Thought I'd have some fun and add zsh completion to repose.

Also allow users to set a prefix without editing the Makefile. It still defaults to /usr, so no one should be affected if they are building it now.

Drop the addition of PREFIX and I'll merge it. Nothing against that, just probably should get a patch of its own... and also not sure I want it :P.

Okay. I do think it would be useful for systems where you want to install to /usr/local or just plain /, but meh.
